
The Facility
The Panorama Room contains boardroom features, a modern and contemporary interior, with spectacular views to national icons such as the National Library and the High Court of Australia. The Panorama Room comfortably seats up to 22 around a custom built magnificent silky oak table fashioned from timber salvaged from an historic Canberra church.
The Panorama Room is situated adjacent to kitchen facilities, and is perfectly suited to meetings, conferences or light lunches.

- Projection screen via Lite Pro for PowerPoint or other presentations (compatible with PC and Windows, a lap top is provided)

The Eye
The Eye boasts a spacious area with panoramic views over Lake Burley-Griffin to Parliament House and the Brindabella mountain ranges.
The Eye is perfectly suited to product launches, cocktail parties, dinners and exhibitions and caters for a range of functions from intimate gatherings to larger events.
The Eye can offer U-shape and class room style set up.

- Six fully-automated audio-visual screens which can be lowered to showcase your multi-media presentation or raised to showcase the fantastic view.

- CD / DVD / VCR (two PC's and lap top connection)

Book the Eye for up to twenty five people and receive Espresso Coffee for your delegates. The cost is $12.00p/p for all day (four cups per person) and $6.00p/p half day (two cups per person).
Functions
CBEC can cater for your business event from the smaller meetings to conferences of 60 people or through to cocktail parties of 100. Complete beverage and food options are available from simple refreshments to fine dining.
Parking
The Canberra Business Promotion Centre has ample parking for your guests. However, it is paid parking as per normal car park conditions. Taxis can be arranged on request.

The Centre offers a professional and seamless service to ensure your event runs smoothly, from catering to sourcing services from Canberra 's business community.
